ETL Architect. This is more  than a Senior ETL Developer.

This candidate should have very strong Informatica 9.x design and development experience as should a Senior ETL developer.

But in addition, they should have experience in designing the ETL parallel processes.

For example, nodes have to be defined that are associated with hardware resources such as cpu and memory to optimize very large data movement in a parallel streaming mode. 

If their background includes click stream data movement, and real time or near real time processes, that would be a plus.

Experience in Powerexchange is also a plus.

Experience developing ETL jobs that call Web Services is another requirement.

Another plus is experience with the Informatica Data Quality tool and integrating those objects into ETL mappings. 

Any experience using the Informatica meta data business glossary would be a "nice to have". 

We also need somebody who has experience in consolidating ETL jobs. So operational experience is a requirement.
