Position is at Washington DC 20010.

Job Description:
The SLA Metrics Specialist position requires an Associate's degree in Computer Science or the
equivalent experience (2-3 years of work experience).
• Minimum 2 years, hands-on experience utilizing one or more leading IT services
management platforms (e.g. FrontRange Solutions ITSM (preferably), Service-now,
BMC Remedy)
• Experience with SQL Advance Queries
• 5+ years Crystal Reports XI or higher or equivalent schooling
• ITIL v.3 Foundation Certification
• 3+ years experience writing advanced excel functions
• Microsoft Visio
• 3+ years of helpdesk/service center experience.
• 5+ years of information technology experience.
• Must have excellent communication (written/verbal), negotiation, presentation, judgment,
analytical, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, group and project
management skills.
• Must be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fastpaced
environment.
• Must be highly adaptable, able to think outside of the box.
All positions require US citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance with the US Mint.
