You are advised to visit the above mentioned campus and receive your own envelope FREE OF COST from there by showing your original CNIC and after submitting its photocopy. You will be required to put down your signatures as a token of the receipt of the envelope on the 'Document Receipt List'. Please do not forget to inform us after receiving them through email attranscript_2year@vu.edu.pk

After that you will have to go your campus n get your transcript by showing photocopy of your NIC. Its very simple ....=)
