·  Assist to analyze existing code base in order to:

-  Assess tools for automated conversion

 - Develop a strategy for integrated third party components

 - Provide estimate for conversion  and  resource plan

·  UNIX Shell scripting, Control-M, and experiencing maintaining and upgrading third party products
